Google data accessed
The application uses read-only Gmail access to identify messages containing business report attachments and to retrieve those attachments.
How data is used
Retrieved report files are used only for internal business reporting and automation. Report files may be stored in the organization's reporting folders and delivered to authorized internal Telegram chats.
Data modification
The application does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.
Data sharing
Google user data is not sold. Report information is used only for the internal reporting workflow and is shared only with authorized internal recipients and services required to operate that workflow.
Data retention
Report files may be retained as part of the organization's internal reporting archive.
